General Sales Conditions of Eramatea
1- General:
These general sales conditions apply strictly to all product sales made in Spain, excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Any order placed with Eramatea implies the unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the current General Sales Conditions of Eramatea on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions implies their application to the order and all subsequent orders, except in cases where new conditions are brought to their attention by Eramatea. The fact that Eramatea does not invoke any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted as a waiver of the right to invoke them in the future or in the past.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that may arise as a result of them, will be governed by Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions to the contrary.
2- Prices:
The prices published on www.eramatea.es are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices are shown excluding VAT. The VAT rate is 10%. Any change in the VAT rate will automatically be applied to the prices of products for sale on www.eramatea.es.
Offers on products for sale on www.eramatea.es will be displayed in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product page and, unless otherwise stated, will be valid while displayed on the screen.
3- Different Payment Methods:
When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for their purchases on www.eramatea.es by:
- Credit / Debit Card
- Paypal
4- Products:
The offers presented by www.eramatea.es are valid within the limits of available stock. Eramatea reserves the right to modify the range of products according to difficulties imposed by its suppliers.
Photographs, graphics, and descriptions of products offered for sale are for guidance only and do not in any way commit the seller, Eramatea.
5- Shipping:
- The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
- Invoices will be sent to the email address provided in the order.
- When the order leaves the warehouse, a notification email will be sent to the customer indicating that the order is complete.
- There will be no shipments or deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- However, any delay does not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
- An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the goods, and any anomalies must be indicated on the delivery receipt.
- Deliveries of frozen products will be sent from Monday to Friday, with a delivery time of 24 to 48 hours, except for locations with specific delivery days per week. *In promotions or special conditions, there may be a delay due to demand.

6- Return and Cancellation Policies:
6-1 Transport Insurance:
All our exhibited products are insured (8% included in standard transport shipments and 10% included in shipments of frozen products).
6-2 Merchandise Return:
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, grants you the right to return any item purchased on www.eramatea.es within 14 days from the date of receipt.
You do not have to provide any explanation; any item purchased on www.eramatea.es, returned in its original packaging, sealed, and in perfect condition, will be accepted without further ado.
Within a maximum of 2 days after receiving the returned product, upon verification, we commit to refunding you within a maximum of 5 business days.
Before making the return, you must notify the Customer Service department by email at clientes@eramatea.com, including the order number.
If the reason for the return is that the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, Eramatea will cover the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy the customer, we will refund the amount paid for the products but not the shipping costs or return costs.
6-3 Order Cancellation:
If the cancellation of the order occurs before the shipment of the merchandise, the customer will not incur any expenses. In the case of cancellation after the shipment of the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of the same order.
